JANICE K. RAUSH
Insurance Representative
Jan Raush is a licensed Pennsylvania broker for Accident, Health, Life and Fixed Annuities. She graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Geneva College located in Beaver Falls, PA. Since then, Jan has several years of experience in the private business sector. In February 2008, Jan welcomed the opportunity to help business owners control the significant cost of employee benefits and joined our team at Christian W. Landis Agency, Inc. Her primary responsibility is to service our group insurance clients. Her business background gives her an edge when it comes to negotiating and developing a benefits package that delivers quality coverage to employees at the best price available. Away from the office, Jan enjoys spending time with her family, which includes four “nearly grown” children, reading, watching football and playing various sports. Jan and her husband, Glenn are also active in their church.
ERIC LANDIS
President/Insurance Representative
Eric Landis began his professional career in insurance and investments working part-time for his father’s insurance agency while attending Pennsylvania State University. During the commencement ceremony at Penn State University in May 1990, Eric was honored as the student Marshal by the Smeal College of Business.
With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Insurance, Eric worked full-time as an independent licensed agent representing many of the nation’s leading insurance companies. His passion for helping people with their finances led Eric to work his way up to President of Christian W. Landis Agency, Inc.
With his extensive background and experience in insurance and finance, Eric advises individuals and businesses in matters such as Financial and Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, Annuities, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts), Medicare Supplements, Long Term Care, and Employee Benefits.
Eric’s priority has always been putting his clients first and providing them with low cost, innovative products and financial strategies to help meet their needs. Eric chooses to be an independent agent in order to gain access to some of the most competitive products and services available in today’s marketplace. Eric has been married over 25 years to his college sweetheart, Tracy. They reside on their gentlemen’s farm in Conestoga, PA with their two teenagers and two cats. In his free time, Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing tennis.
TIMOTHY D. GAY
Vice President/Insurance Representative
Tim started in the insurance industry in 1991 with Prudential and completed 1 year of service prior to joining the Christian W. Landis Agency, Inc. in 1992 as an account executive with oversight of over 90 employee benefit accounts. Tim eventually moved to his current position as Vice President where he currently assists in the oversight of operations along with direct employee/employer benefits consulting. Beyond insurance, Tim enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Lori, and their son, Zachary.
